Service Description

Women's Flow Yoga @ The YinSide Home Come explore the foundations of YOGA in a relaxed environment for beginners & open level, as we flow with our breath, class duration - one hour. A flow style class, a that will link a series of poses together, connecting breath with movement. This practice is open to all, as there are modifications and challenges, however, it is not recommended for anyone with acute back or shoulder injuries and prenatal. A general level of fitness can be helpful, but is not essential.  Practising flow yoga is great for body awareness, muscle activation, flexibility, balance and strength improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance. This powerful practice combines body focus with mindful meditation. Please bring your own mat if you have one. Additionally we request you bring a towel or covering to classes to cover soft props.

Cancellation Policy

Classes & Workshops In the event that you are unable to attend the class or workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out classes/workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
